Retail Report’s parent company, ITVET, has achieved ISO 14001 certification, the world’s leading environmental management standard, from the British Standards Institute (BSI).
The ISO 14001 certification recognises ITVET’s continued hard work in reducing its environmental impact. The company has ISO 14001 policies and procedures wrapped around every aspect of the business to ensure day-to-day operations are sustainable and kind to the environment.
In a drive to achieve environmental excellence, ITVET is committed to fostering sustainable technology solutions, eco-friendly working practices, and continued improvement. As part of this commitment, the head office was recently retrofitted with IoT sensors and data monitoring features to create an energy-efficient smart building.
CEO of ITVET Ltd, Richard Fountain, said: “Achieving ISO 14001 is rewarding for our team who work tirelessly to deliver against our commitment to the environment.
“We can always do more to be environmentally responsible and we’ll keep evaluating and improving our environmental impact by following our ISO 14001 policies and procedures. Looking ahead, we have a number of new and innovative initiatives in the pipeline, which will make us one of the most environmentally friendly tech companies in the UK.
