Party in the Park takes place on Saturday 16th July at Sworders Field, Bishop’s Stortford. It’s a free day out for all the family with live music and entertainment, face painting, food stalls, and much more.
Party in the Park is a locally run and community-focused event. The aim of the festival is to celebrate unsung local heroes and raise money for local charities and good causes. In line with this purpose, it’s a completely non-profit event that relies on the generosity of sponsors and individual donations.
Adam Latimer, Managing Director of Intercounty, said: “Stortford Heroes: Party in the Park is a very special event in the Bishop’s Stortford calendar, so naturally we jumped at the opportunity to become headline sponsor.
As a local business, we’re incredibly proud to live and work in this amazing town. Sponsoring an event like this allows us to give back to the people of Bishop’s Stortford and support the great work of our local charities.”
Richard Fountain, CEO of ITVET, said: “We’re very excited to welcome Intercounty as our headline sponsor for Stortford Heroes: Party in the Park. This partnership is an important milestone for Party in the Park. With their support, we can create the best possible festival experience for our whole community, especially our local heroes.”
Intercounty opened its Bishop’s Stortford office in 1992 and has been an integral part of the community. As well as providing a range of property services, Intercounty works heavily to support local events hosted by schools, clubs, and charities.
